The feed factory in Västerås belongs to the Agricultural Division's production organization. Here we produce about 230,000 tons of feed annually for cows, laying hens, and pigs. We are now looking for a process operator who wants to become an important part of our operations.

This is what you will do

As a process operator, you will work in a varied role where you participate in daily production and raw material handling. You will monitor and oversee processes to ensure that production flows as it should and maintains the right quality. You will actively contribute to improvement work regarding safety, quality, and efficiency, as well as participate in both internal and external audits.

The role also includes work with risk assessments, hygiene work, as well as handling deviations, complaints, and HACCP work. You will work closely with your colleagues in the shift team and contribute to a safe and stable production.

This is what you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Completed high school or relevant work experience with similar tasks.
• Experience from working in a production environment with controlled processes.
• Good IT skills and experience working in production-related IT systems.
• The ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and procedures.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are:

• Detail-oriented and work in a structured manner.
• Driven and take initiative in your daily work.
• Quality-conscious and responsible.
• Communicative and collaborate well with others.
• Self-sufficient with a good ability to plan your workday.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. Shift work and weekend work occur; currently, we have work scheduled during the day, 2-shift, 3-shift, and 5-shift. It is advantageous if you have a license and experience driving forklifts and wheel loaders, but it is not a requirement. The place of employment is Västerås, and you report directly to the operations manager for feed in Västerås.
